We’ve tried to give you as much information across the site as possible but we know that there will always be questions that remain and we’re happy to support you. However, please take a quick look through the below most frequently asked questions in case there is a quick and easy answer to your query.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping and you should be quoted for international shipping during the checkout process on the Wild Spaces site. I would like my print to be framed prior to being delivered. Can I provide a framing specification for my print?
Wild Spaces offer fine art framing services by enquiry so if you’re interested in having your print framed or would just like a quote for framing or mounting services, please email us at framing@wildspaces.com and provide details of your preferred framing specification.

Not seeing a print or format that you’d like?
Some photographers will offer additional images or formats upon request. We’ll be happy to manage your enquiry for you. Send an email to hello@wildspaces.com or leave a message via the enquiry form here and we’ll be happy to support.  

Will my print be signed by the artist?
All limited edition prints are delivered complete with a certificate of authenticity giving limited edition provenance. Certificates of authenticity are signed digitally by photographers.
Some prints will be hand-signed by the artist but this is stated within the details on the page of your product.

How will my print be shipped?
Depending on the size of your print, we typically ship in robust cardboard tubes, carefully sealed at each as this is the best way of protecting the print. Smaller formats may be shipped flat with a cardboard backing to ensure protection.
Framed or mounted prints are protected on all sides with a plastic seal meticulously added by specialists at theprintspace. A strong archival foam is then fitted to the edges of the packaged frame and an extra protective seal for increased security before your order is dispatched.

What if I’m unhappy with my order?
If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your print, just let us know and we'll ensure a quick resolution. Wild Spaces will offer a full refund if prints are returned within 14 days of receipt, unharmed and with the original packaging.


How am I supporting the World Land Trust by purchasing through Wild Spaces?
Wild Spaces are a corporate supporter of the World Land Trust and we have committed 10% of our revenue to supporting WLT projects that focus on protecting and restoring areas of wilderness.
During our first year, we have committed to supporting the Keepers of the Wild programme, which aims to put local people into employment in roles focused on preserving areas of wilderness, through guiding, educating or managing conservation projects. You can read more about the Keepers of the Wild programme on the WLT site.

I am interested in exhibiting a selection of my work through Wild Spaces.
We are excited to announce several new photographers that will be exhibiting through Wild Spaces from early 2021 and will next be reviewing our collection at the end of March.
